Hi, I'm David Escobar.

Welcome to my personal website. This is where I keep my projects, my work, and the things I am building.

I build websites, apps and AI automations for small businesses in the US. Right now I am building , the black island at the top of this screen. It shows my AI agents while they work, and it lets me approve what they do.

This year I started working with a general contractor in San Diego: a new website, and a WhatsApp assistant that drafts quotes and sends documents to sign. I also work on OohLook, a marketplace that connects people with local home-service pros.

On the side, I ship open source. Mini is a one-page browser for Windows with a new release every day. I also send fixes to Sketch, a free design tool written in Rust. is the expense app on my phone.

I never studied computer science. I learned by shipping. AI agents write most of my code; I plan the work, review every change, and answer for the result. One human, many agents.

I live in Medellín, Colombia, and I work in English and Spanish.

How I work — Reminders

How I work

You talk to one person. Many agents do the work.

  1. A short call

You tell me the problem. I come back with a plan, a price and a date.

  2. Build in parallel

I split the work across AI coding agents and review each change. You see progress as it happens.

  3. Ship and hand over

It goes live on your accounts. You own the code, the domain and the data.

Questions

Who is David Escobar?

David Escobar is a self-taught AI builder based in Medellín, Colombia. He builds websites, web and mobile apps, and AI automations for small businesses, mostly in the United States. He works with a team of AI coding agents and reviews every change himself.

Do you write the code yourself?

AI coding agents write most of it. I plan the work, review every change, test it and deploy it. You get one person who is responsible for the result.

Do you work with businesses in the US?

Yes. I live in Medellín, Colombia, close to US time zones, and I work in English or Spanish.

Can an AI agent answer my team on WhatsApp?

Yes. I set up agents that live in a WhatsApp group, answer your team, draft quotes and send documents to sign. You decide what the agent can do alone.

Who owns the website or app?

You do. It goes live on your own accounts, with your domain, your code and your data.

What do I need to start?

A short call. Tell me what eats your time. I send back a plan with a price and a date.
